This project brought bold, modern energy to a Columbus home with a full bathroom and kitchen refresh. In the bath, we installed a brand-new tub and wrapped it in large-format tile laid in a classic brick pattern, complemented by matte black hardware for a clean, timeless contrast. The kitchen got a serious upgrade with over 400 pieces of concrete-look tile laid in a herringbone pattern — precision craftsmanship that adds texture and movement to the space.

After water damage began leaking into the kitchen below, these Dublin homeowners needed more than just a facelift — they needed a fix. The original installer failed to properly waterproof the shower, so we tore everything out and rebuilt it from the ground up. We kept the original aesthetic, but replaced the oversized tile with classic white subway tile for a cleaner, more timeless look. A mix of white tones gives the shower depth, while granite trim around the niche adds a sleek, elevated finish — and most importantly, it’s now 100% watertight.
